How is this different from The KonMari Method?

The KonMari Method is rooted in one thought: only keep things that spark joy. While that is lovely and even useful, it doesn't always work. It's also a system built more on purging and decluttering all at once rather than a daily stuff rhythm. The Swap helps you see your stuff practically (when joy cannot be found), and it's a mindset that will carry you through epic decluttering binges and just picking up a few things at Target. When KonMari didn't fully work for me, I created The Swap. 

What if I'm already a pretty organized person?

If your home is organized and stays that way, you likely already have a mindset that works for you. While I'd love for you to try out The Swap and I'm sure you'd find pieces that enhance your life, if you don't need to get your stuff under control, you probably don't need The Swap.

I don't have big chunks of time to dedicate to decluttering. Will The Swap work for me?
